Preseason Conditioning

I have been so impressed with the progress my preseason conditioning players have made.  They have all been working very hard and have gotten a lot stronger.  There is no doubt that this hard work will pay dividends come season time.  Remember, if you are not playing a Fall sport and are planning on trying out for basketball, preseason conditioning is highly recommended.  We lift weights two days a week (usually on Monday and Thursday), one day of agilities/ball handling (usually on Wednesdays), and one evening of open gym (usually on Tuesdays).  Preseason conditioning is essential in preparing yourself for a successful season.  I look forward to seeing the the preparation pay off this season.
